Advice regarding E-Bikes/Scooters

We understand that many parents/guardians/carers/Father Christmas/Santa are looking at Christmas lists and the request for e-scooters and e-bikes are coming in top of the list. When we stop e-bikes and e-scooters, the biggest response we get is that the person did not know they were illegal and were not told upon purchase.
